The aim of this course is to help trainees accept and adapt to change using empathy, cognitive restructuring, time management and goal setting.
This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize, prevent, and address workplace harassment. Through interactive discussions and engaging activities, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of different forms of harassment, their impact on individuals and organizations, and strategies for creating a respectful and inclusive work environment.
